文章对国内康养环境设计相关文献进行了系统梳理。研究结果表明:评价对象主要集中在城市景观、森林康养基地及乡村规划设计,与传统村落相结合的较少;康养环境设计评价指标体系缺乏结构化的科学方法,对传统村落旅居康养适宜性评价缺乏理论和数据支撑;康养效果评价体系研究集中于城市建成环境对人体生理和心理健康效果的评价,缺乏对社会适应性健康评价的研究,且对传统村落康养效果评价研究不足;城市景观中关于康养与适老化结合研究相对较成熟,但传统村落中相关研究较不足,且智慧养老目前研究应用较少。未来我国康养环境设计研究需加强学科间、地域间的合作,重点关注康养环境设计研究对乡村旅居康养研究的启示作用。

With the improvement of living standards and the enhancement of health awareness,Chines people are paying increasing amount of attention on health issues resulting in a booming growth of the health and wellness industry.This paper systematically reviews domestic literature on health and wellness environment design,summarizing its essence and focusing on four main respects of research:the construction of evaluation systems for health and wellness environment design,studies on wellness effects,practical research on health and wellness environment design,and research on design of health and wellness environments in accordance with the needs of elderly population.The findings indicate that evaluation subjects are primarily concentrated in urban landscapes,forest-based health and wellness centers,and rural planning and design,with fewer studies involving the role of traditional villages.The evaluation index system for health and wellness environment design lacks structured scientific methods,and insufficient theoretical and data support are available for the suitability evaluation of health and wellness tourism in traditional villages.Research on the evaluation system of its effects is mainly concentrated on the evaluation of the physiological and psychological effects of urban artificial environments,few studies are devoted to the study of its social adaptability evaluation,and inadequate researches are conducted on the effects of traditional villages.The integration between health and wellness and research on design of health and wellness environments in accordance with the needs of elderly population is relatively mature,but relevant studies on traditional villages are insufficient,and the application of AI-driven elderly care is limited.In the future,research on health and wellness environment design in China needs to strengthen interdisciplinary and inter-regional collaboration.Considering the continuous advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,the accelerating process of an aging society,and the continuous improvement of rural ecological environments and infrastructure,particular attention should be paid to the enlightenment of health and wellness environment design research on rural health and wellness tourism.The research results contribute to the improvement of the understanding of health and wellness environment design,providing a theoretical foundation and supporting evidence for the study of health and wellness tourism in traditional villages.
