在乡村振兴战略驱动下，攀西地区农村康养产业迎来发展新机遇。文章引入产业生态系统理论，将农村康养产业视为一个类似自然生态的有机复杂系统，通过系统梳理2015年至2024年间国家、四川省及攀西地区发布的21份与康养、养老、旅游、乡村振兴等紧密相关的政策文件，构建起包含环境条件、产品质量、服务质量的3个一级指标、9个二级指标以及34个三级指标的高质量发展评价体系，运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重，结合模糊综合评价法对康养产业发展水平进行量化评估，揭示了攀西地区农村康养产业在环境条件、产品质量和服务水平方面的阶段性表现。据此提出优化康养产业环境条件、改善产品质量、提升服务水平的发展建议，旨在为攀西地区农村康养产业升级及同类地区发展提供理论参考与实践范式。

Driven by the rural revitalization strategy,the rural health and wellness industry in the Panxi region is embracing new development opportunities. This article introduces the theory of industrial ecosystems,viewing the rural health and wellness industry as an organic and complex system akin to a natural ecosystem. By systematically reviewing 21 policy documents closely related to health and wellness,elderly care,tourism,and rural revitalization issued by the national government,Sichuan Province,and the Panxi region between 2015 and 2024,a high-quality development evaluation system is constructed,encompassing 3primary indicators,9 secondary indicators,and 34 tertiary indicators related to environmental conditions,product quality,and service quality. The Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) is employed to determine the weight of indicators,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is combined to quantitatively assess the development level of the health and wellness industry. The study reveals the phased performance of the rural health and wellness industry in the Panxi region in terms of environmental conditions,product quality,and service levels,finding that the overall level of the rural health and wellness industry in the Panxi region is relatively good. Based on this,suggestions are proposed to optimize the environmental conditions of the health and wellness industry,improve product quality,and enhance service levels,aiming to provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for the upgrading of the rural health and wellness industry in the Panxi region and the development of similar regions.
