我国卫生健康事业高质量发展既是推动人口高质量发展的关键途径，更是中国式现代化的重要组成部分。新中国成立以来，我国卫生健康事业大致经历了初步发展、深入推进、高质量发展3个阶段，形成了坚持中国共产党的领导、坚持马克思主义健康思想中国化、坚持以人民健康为中心、坚持深化医药卫生体制改革、坚持正确的卫生健康工作方针、坚持实现中国特色社会主义健康强国目标等宝贵经验。进入新时代，为进一步推动卫生健康事业高质量发展，应丰富卫生人才队伍、健全治理体系、完善保障体系、加强服务体系、升级装备体系、构建话语体系等，才能早日实现中国特色社会主义健康强国目标。

The high-quality development of China's health care undertaking is not only a key way to promote the high-quality development of the population,but also an important part of Chinese modernization.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's health care undertaking has roughly gone through three stages: initial development,in-depth promotion,and high-quality development. Valuable experiences have been accumulated,including upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China,upholding the sinicization of Marxist health ideology,prioritizing people 's health,adherence to strengthening the reform of the medical and health system,following the fineworking policy regarding health care,and pursuing the goal of building a healthy socialist country with Chinese characteristics. In the new era,to further promote the high-quality development of the health care undertaking,it requires enriching the health talent team,improving the governance system,consummating the guarantee system,strengthening the service system,upgrading the equipment system,and constructing the discourse system,so as to achieve the goal of building a healthy socialist country with Chinese characteristics at an early date.
