随着现阶段居民消费转型升级，康养产业已成为我国新兴的支柱产业。康养产业蕴含拉动经济发展的巨大潜力，拥有巨大发展机遇的同时，也同样暗藏着前所未有的挑战。作为生态资源丰富的达州市，康养产业发展既有地方政府全方位的政策支撑，又有行业的良好发展前景，可以打造成达州市一个新的经济增长点。在市场还远不成熟的现阶段，政府的引领、支持和资助不可或缺。达州市必须加强康养产业发展的顶层设计研究，完善康养产业发展激励机制，促进康养产业发展合理布局，提升康养产业的服务品质，满足不同人群、不同地域、不同文化背景的康养服务需求。

Owing to the current transformation and upgrading of residents' consumption, the health and wellness industry has become an emerging pillar industry in China. The health and wellness industry exhibits enormous potential to promote economic development. In addition to the substantial opportunities, it also harbors unprecedented challenges. As a city endowed with rich ecological resources, Dazhou has received all-round policy support from the local government and thus has a promising prospect for the development of the health and wellness industry, which can be turned into a new economic growth point for the city. Presently, the government's guidance, support, and funding play an indispensable role in an immature market. Dazhou is required to strengthen its top-level design research for the development of the health and wellness industry, improve its incentive mechanism, promote a reasonable layout of the industry, and enhance its service quality to meet the diverse needs of people in different regions.
