中国式现代化坚持人民至上，将人民对美好生活的向往作为中国式现代化的出发点和落脚点，强调发挥人民作为实现中国式现代化的主体力量，以人民满意作为中国式现代化的评判标准。坚持人民至上贯穿于中国式现代化的全过程之中，形成了独特的中国共产党领导的政党保障、中国特色社会主义的民主体系、经济高质量发展的坚实物质基础以及中国特色社会主义文化的精神力量。在价值维度上，中国式现代化坚持人民至上实现了对西方式现代化“资本逻辑”的价值超越、以“五位一体”总体布局实现了对西方式现代化单向度发展的价值超越，以全人类共同价值实现了对西方式现代化“普世价值”的价值超越。

Chinese modernization adheres to the principle of putting the people first,taking the people's aspiration for a better life as the starting point and ultimate goal of Chinese path to modernization,emphasizing that the people are the main force in realizing Chinese path to modernization,and regarding the satisfaction of the people as the criterion for evaluating Chinese path to modernization. The principle of putting the people first runs through the entire process of the Chinese path to modernization,forming the unique strengths of the Party under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the democratic advantage of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the material foundation for high-quality economic and social development,and the cultural and moral support of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In terms of values,by putting the people first,Chinese modernization has transcended the “capital logic”inherent in Western modernization. With the five-sphere integrated plan,it has risen above the one-dimensional development of western modernization. Furthermore,by upholding the common values of humanity,it achieves a value transcendence over the “universal values”claimed by Western modernization.
